While the IKEA is nice and clean and a pleasant experience, checking out and employee knowledge leaves something to be desired. For Americans, VAT Form users beware. I am not sure if there is a lack of employee knowledge concerning the use of VAT Forms, but the success rate of using the forms is about 50/50. When using the VAT Forms, there have been as many excuses to not process the form as there were employees on the floor. Just be prepared for a painful VAT process that will take an annoyingly long amount of time.

Unfortunately the desired items are not in stock. Then the pick-up service can be so good ...

Very nice in the Ikea store itself! Sales staff are all very friendly! I feel very comfortable there, you can tell from the whole atmosphere that the men and women like to do their job

It's IKEA, what is not to love about this place?

Very clean!

Today I made use of the Corona pick-up service from Ikea. When picking up, 5-digit numbers were called and a woman who was standing in front of us politely asked which number it was. Thereupon she was brusquely grumbled by the staff that it was clear that this was the last 5 digits of the order number. The woman then asked a question, which the employee ignored and left. Of course it may be that this was an exception today, but I was really shocked how the customer was treated here.

As you are used to from IKEA, you will always find something you can use. The staff is friendly and always ready to help

Rating refers to click and collect. During the pandemic it is only possible to collect orders due to closure. That worked fine. Shelf ordered, appointment clicked the next day. You park there and call the number, give the order number and the parking space number, three minutes later the order was parked next to the car. Even a flower for free.

Very nice staff. Everyone has fun and enjoys their job. Unfortunately, it is sometimes very difficult to find an employee in the department. Otherwise everything was great. The food in the canteen was also very fresh and very tasty.

Super organized. Already in the parking lot they checked whether people were wearing masks. Markings on the way into the house make it easier to keep the distance, which is also checked by security. At the entrance there is an automatic counter that registers the visitors so as not to exceed the permitted number; this was also checked by security. We felt safe! Disinfected shopping carts are always available! Thanks a lot for this!

Found everything we needed for our new house, but the quality is not the best. But what should you expect with the low prices. 4 stars!

Super healthy and tasty food at the cantine. Also, shop is nice, stuff is very friendly and speak English.

Ikea is a good store for your furnitures, just visit them. You hardly leave without seeing what you wanted

Showrooms great as always. Cashier was the last of the last today. Hardly any cash registers and the cashier so slowly that I was afraid - she will fall asleep soon.

Bad service, lady was rude, didn't order what we told her to. Then we realized that the tag on one of the products we ordered was for another piece of furniture... nice, glad we ordered something we didn't want and we didn't get everything we ordered. I gave it two stars, because the store was clean.

Very unfriendly saleswoman, when asked, no insight was shown but given an outrageous answer. Several times tried to reach an employee, no one came. Then bought our furniture elsewhere.

Always a great place to shop for furnitures.

It wasn't a nice purchase. Lots of people, no restaurant, waiting times, service staff rather irritable and not friendly. And then there were shelves with no goods, although a number of items were still shown online as in stock.

Confusing layout,but I am a foreigner

Wanted to buy office and conference chairs, unfortunately all (!!!!) were not in stock. There are 2 stars only because the friendly staff was able to give me information about it quickly.

The warehouse is incorrectly laid out. I bought furniture here before leaving for the Netherlands, and I the warehouse indicated that I needed to buy product 80246362 as rails for a wire mesh. This was also confirmed by an employee. That was completely incorrect. Now I'm stuck in a different country with two expensive components that are completely useless to me and I'm unable to return them as Ikea NL is a different subsidiary. To make matters worse, I am unable to buy the components here in the netherlands. So I'm stuck with four worthless components. Seriously. If Ikea insists on having the nonsense warehouse layout, at least make sure the nonsense is correct. Buy your furniture at a real store.

Too small and too many sold out items.

I think if you've seen an IKEA store, you've seen them all. Everyone knows the products. The kitchens are recommended. Staff can always be found and, as expected, are very professional and friendly.

From various Ikea stores which I have visited, this is my favourite one!

Getting our furniture delivered has been a nightmare. Ordered a bed that was due to be delivered Oct 20th but due to the delivery drivers not having their proper license to get on post then had to reschedule to 3 November. My husband stayed home all morning waiting on the delivery.. yet it did not arrive. He visited customer service at 11 to see what was the hold up they told him it would be delivered in 20 mins & delivery hours are from 8am until 2pm. 2 hours later still no delivery! At 1:50pm he arrived again at ikea wondering what is going on.. they said they tried to call at 11am (used the wrong number) & could not get in contact so they left. We wanted a refund because at this point it has become ridiculous but no we can not get a refund until the bed is dropped back off at the warehouse that could take up to a week! They said it’s policy the furniture arrive back to the warehouse before a refund is issued , yet we have never seen the furniture & anything can happen to it until the drivers take it back!! I just want my money back! They have failed twice to deliver! Also I’m pregnant so a blow up mattress is not cutting it!!! Will never get anything delivered from this IKEA again.

I particularly liked the entrance area and the opportunity to visit the restaurant without having to visit the market hall. Is currently not possible due to the corona (one-way street regulation with electronic customer counting), but is usually an absolute plus!

Friendly staff throughout the market. Only four stars, because they need to work out their software issues - products that are shown as available in store are not on stock (sometimes also vice versa).

Always lovely at IKEA. I usually find what I'm looking for... and some things I wasn't looking for but must have anyway. They are taking precautions for covid and seem to have the system down pat. Also I tried their new vegetarian meatballs and was pleasantly surprised. They're actually really good.

Very disapointed with Ikea delivery and assembly. My wife was whole day home yesterday to wait for them. The assembly company came at the time given by Ikea but the delivery wasn'ẗ (poor arangement). So they left. After some time Ikea brought the furniture. The drivers put it in middle of main entrance with statement that they are just contracted to do so and let my wife to hand carry everything inside by herself. The assembly company will arrive nobody knows when so I'm wondering who will take another day off to be here with them. So Ikea never more!

I like going to ikea. You can always find something. I think the new smarthome products called tradfri from ikea are great. These are inexpensive and work. One star deduction for the restaurant, the dishes used to be better and the portions were bigger.

Well-stocked IKEA. Strange without many people to stroll through the hallways! Well sorted, very nice staff. Hope the restaurants will open soon!
